Compensation
- Ranges from $21 per hour (intermediate machinist) to $38 per hour (expert machinist) hourly pay; non-exempt FLSA class, or $43,680 to $79,040 annually.

Your Mission
- 2D Drawings to 3D parts: Bring customer blueprints to life

Lead CNC Machinist – Build a Team. Set the Standard. Own the Night.

We’re looking for a Lead CNC Machinist to take ownership of our night shift team – someone who doesn’t just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and craftsmanship shape the success of others.
Compensation
- $32-$38/hour ($66,560-$79,040 annually), plus $1-$2/hour premium, and 10% shift differential

Compensation
- Range from $20 to $24 per hour; non-exempt FLSA class, or $31,200 to $37,440 based on 30 hours per week; annual salary will vary.
