Compensation
- Ranges from $21 per hour (intermediate machinist) to $38 per hour (expert machinist) hourly pay; non-exempt FLSA class, or $43,680 to $79,040 annually.

Your Mission
- 2D Drawings to 3D parts: Bring customer blueprints to life
- Program at the machine: Set-up and operate Mazak CNC mills and lathes. Mazatrol experience a plus
- Precision: Use your GD&T knowledge to make great and accurate parts
- Quality Matters: Inspect your work and send it to our Quality department for further review

- One Stop Shop: You get to set up the machine, run the part, and control the program
- Conversational Programming: No manual programming needed. Mazatrol will streamline this process for you

Lead CNC Machinist – Build a Team. Set the Standard. Own the Night.
At Kosmo Machine, precision isn’t just what we do – it’s who we are. We’re looking for a Lead CNC Machinist to take ownership of our night shift team – someone who doesn’t just run machines, but develops talent and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role where your experience, judgment, and craftsmanship shape the success of others.
Compensation
- $32-$38/hour ($66,560-$79,040 annually), plus $1-$2/hour premium, and 10% shift differential

Compensation
- Ranges from $25 to $38 per hour (hourly pay type; non-exempt FLSA class) or $52,000 to $79,040 annually.
