Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Estimator & Account Manager with a strong precision machining background to support strategic quoting and customer partnerships. This role is critical in developing accurate, competitive estimates that align with production capabilities, profitability goals, and long-term business strategy.

Compensation
- Ranges from $25 per hour (intermediate Estimator & Account Manager) to $40 per hour (advanced Estimator & Account Manager); non-exempt FLSA class, or $52,000 to $83,200 annually.
- Based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC and/or manual contract manufacturing precision machining, manufacturing techniques, raw materials, tooling, and fixturing.
- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2015 and AS9100D Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities
- Review customer requests for quote to determine feasibility and pricing.
- Identify all materials, tooling needs, and methods to manufacture precision machine components and assemblies.
- Write and review routers to verify material requirements are documented correctly.
- Determine internal manufacturing methods and monitor Advanced Planning Scheduling to fill open capacity.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.

- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must pass criminal background check, drug test (to include marijuana), and provide updated copy of Motor Vehicle Report with a valid VA Driver’s License and good driving record with no major violations.
