Compensation
- Ranges from $21 per hour (intermediate machinist) to $38 per hour (expert machinist) hourly pay; non-exempt FLSA class, or $43,680 to $79,040 annually.

- A competitive sign-on bonus (up to $5,000) is offered after 6 months of employment. Certain restrictions apply.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in CNC and/or manual precision machining.
- Knowledge and proficiency in various types of CNC programming, set-up, and operation of mill and/or lathes.
- Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Proven knowledge of gages, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
Responsibilities
- Interpret and implement customer blueprints or drawings, with a clear understanding of GD&T.
- Perform CNC programming using Mazatrol conversational programming
- Set-up and operate CNC mill and/or lathes.
- Conduct precise measurements and part inspection using gages and other measuring instruments.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Thursday with flexible shift times, though most work 6 am to 4:30 pm.
- Overtime available on Friday’s.

Compensation
- Ranges from $32 to $38 per hour; non-exempt FLSA class, or $66,650 to $79,040 annually.
- Salary adjustment of $1 to $2 per hour and a 10% shift differential of hourly rate of pay while on night shift.

Machinist Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in CNC Precision Machining (Mazak experience required), contract manufacturing / job shop required.
- Extremely proficient and well-versed in CNC programming (Mazatrol Conversational Programming experience required), set-up, and operation of CNC mills and lathes.
- Extensive knowledge of gages, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read and interpret customer blueprints or drawings, understanding Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance – GD&T.
Leadership Qualifications
- Previous machinist supervisor experience required.
- Proven ability to successfully understand, develop, and lead machinists with varying abilities and skills.
- Ability to articulate in all forms of communication.
- Exhibit excellent critical thinking and complex problem solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor machinists of varying abilities and skills.

Qualifications
- Manufacturing, dimensional measuring, quality control, and/or machining experience required in a machine shop with Metrology and MSA preferred.
- Proficiency in assessing the geometric characteristics of precision machined parts. Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) is a must.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as surface plate, height gage, indicators, calipers, micrometers, gage blocks, thread gages, Faro Arm, and CMM.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process, visual, and dimensional inspections of precision machined parts using a variety of precision measuring instruments.
- Interpret customer blueprints or drawings, identify improper callouts/datum structures, and apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T).
- Identify and report non-conformances to uphold our high-quality standards.

- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning Software.

Responsibilities
- Review customer requests for quote to determine feasibility and pricing.
- Identify all materials, tooling needs, and methods to manufacture precision machine components and assemblies.
- Write and review routers to verify material requirements are documented correctly.
- Determine internal manufacturing methods and monitor Advanced Planning Scheduling to fill open capacity.
