Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) Programmer to support our production and quality departments to uphold the high-quality standards of our precision machined parts. Compensation
- Ranges from $32 to $38 per hour (hourly pay type; non-exempt FLSA class) or $66,560 to $79,040 annually.
- Based on performance, qualifications, and experience.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in writing and programming using LK Camio and Polyworks Software.
- Manufacturing, dimensional measuring, quality, and/or machining experience required.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in assessing the geometric characteristics of precision machined parts.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as gages, indicators, calipers, micrometers, and Faro Arm.
Responsibilities
- Write and maintain programs using LK Camio and Polyworks Software to support in-process and final part inspection.
- Run CMM parts on work that is currently in production
- Ability to program with or without a CAD model.
- Record set up records for part programs, label features, verify nominals, and compare actual measurements to the customer drawings.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Thursday from 6 am to 4:30 pm.
- Overtime available on Friday’s.
Eligibility Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must pass criminal background check, drug test, and provide updated copy of Motor Vehicle Report with no major violations.
