CMM Programmer (LK Camio & Polyworks)
Kosmo Machine is a heavy-hitting, climate-controlled precision machine shop. We handle everything from high-tolerance CNC milling and turning to EDM and critical component reconditioning. We are looking for a forward-thinking CMM Programmer who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing hardware and quality software. If your Metrology Stack includes advanced mastery of CAMIO for multi-sensor measurement and PolyWorks for point cloud inspection, we want you on our QA Automation team.

Your Mission
- Write, tweak, and maintain CMM programs using LK Camio and Polyworks to support both in-process and final inspections.
- Every Step of the Way: Keep production moving by running parts through the CMM that are currently in production.
- Program confidently-whether you have a CAD model in front of you or you’re working without one.
- Own the standard: Keep clean records, document program setups, label features, verify nominals, and call out any deviations from customer drawings.
What You Bring to the Table
- Software Skills: Real, proven experience programming with LK Camio and Polyworks.
- Shop Experience: A solid background in manufacturing, machining or dimensional inspection (be able to complete in-process inspections using optical comparators, machine vision systems and hand measuring tools).
- GD&T Fluency: A strong grasp of geometric characteristics and blueprint reading for high-precision parts.
- Toolbox Comfort: Total proficiency with traditional precision tools (gages, indicators, calipers, micrometers) as well as the Faro Arm.
The Fine Print (Eligibility)
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Must provide a clean, updated Motor Vehicle Report (no major violations).
