Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the quoting team in all functions of the quoting process
- Ability to learn & comprehend customer’s technical documentation
- Assist with organizing office supplies
- Answer all incoming calls, take messages, and/or transfer call in a polite & professional manner
- Greet and register guests
Education/Experience:
- Five or more years of administrative experience required
- Manufacturing and/or machine shop industry experience required
Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to learn & comprehend customer's technical documentation
- Global Shop ERP Software or other ERP Software experience preferred
- Ability to learn & utilize Advanced Planning Systems (APS) within the ERP System
- Computer skills required (Microsoft Office Products)
Eligibility Requirements:
- U.S. Citizenship is required
- Must pass background check & drug test
Salary Range:
- $20 to $25 per hour
- $41,600 to $52,000 annually
